“L'insonorizzazione da migliorare. Eravamo nella camera 7022 e si sentivano troppo i rumori della strada ( non degli aerei). Colazione sufficiente per essere un HI Express, bravi a farla dalle 6:00 AM, ma troppe cose un po' insapori. Comunque un buon rapporto qualità prezzo se si prenota con degli sconti.”

“The hallway had an unpleasant smell, and the floor was damaged. I noticed several broken tiles that were only covered with tape, which felt unsafe, especially for kids who could easily trip over them. The room also had a moldy smell upon arrival. In addition, there were no towels provided when I checked in, and I was informed that they would only be available by 7 PM And wifi is terrible i can barely search using the wifi. ”

“It is an OK hotel if you have the spend the night close to the airport, but that's just about it. The hotel offers a "free shuttle service" from the airport, which is kind of a joke. I had to wait almost one hour to get a ride when i arrived and on the return trip to the airport, the day after, the driver asked "vividly" for a tip. If you use Grab it is a 150 pesos ride (a little bit more than 2 euros), which i strongly suggest. It is gonna be faster, more efficient and hassle free. The room...

“The room was awful and very dirty. The carpet was dingy, stain, you can see cuts of improvement. The windows, behind headboard was dirty, dusty and hair, toilet area was very nasty, phone next to toilet had stains and the room was 14 cel was very cold. They couldn’t fix the temperature. This Manila Hotel is overrated and overpriced because it’s historic.”
